In an artist’s studio there live 6 different tubes of paint – the Mixies. Each Mixie has its own personality: the red paint, for example, is the fashionista, while the green is a dreamer. One time, the artist brings them along to a plein air and after not closing his easel all the way, the tubes of paint fall out and get lost in the grass. The Mixies courageously take off on an adventure to the magical kingdoms of different colors and try to paint the colorful world themselves. When they meet a boy named Maxie, their lives dramatically change and the Mixies become students at an art academy!

Together with Maxie and the Mixies, children learn how to express their emotions in color, become acquainted with the color wheel, and learn about lightness, brightness and saturation of color.
